Total weight loss: 2.8 pounds
Now, before you go getting all disappointed that I lost less than a pound, look over that again. I did LOSE. That loss came after a junk-filled weekend at home. Kristian, for the win.
I debated whether or not to post pictures after each weigh-in. It’s embarrassing and whatnot. However, in a moment of clarity, I realized that I could care less about what people think of me. Say what?! Middle school me is freaking out at that statement. All joking aside though, if people judge or ridicule me for my appearance, bring it on. Nothing anyone says can be worse than what I’ve said to myself.
Ultimately, this blog is a way for me to record my journey and track my progress. ME. When I achieve my goals, I know I will love going back to see how far I’ve come, and that’s all that really matters.
Awesome, right? Not. I’m working on it though!
Sidenote: I resisted the urge to stretch my clothing out like I normally do. You’re welcome. My fat, however, did not appreciate it.
