This less-than-stellar weight loss is brought to you by overindulgence last weekend. I kicked ass for the last three days to make up for it, which is why I’m happy for a loss at all. Even though there wasn’t much of a difference on the scale, I could see a difference when comparing the side photos.
It might just be because I switched from my camera to my phone
the lighting is different
I need to get my eyes checked.
Maybe, just maybe, I’m actually changing my body. Weight isn’t everything.
On another note, I’ve decided to start doing weekly goals for myself. My goals for the coming week are:
1. Drink at least 80 ounces of water per day.
2. Complete Week 2 of Couch to 5K.
3. Allow myself only one cheat day. (Which is today! Bring on the Mexican food!)
