179. The highest weight I have every been. My starting weight for both weight loss journeys.
Whenever I think about that number, I always find myself thankful that it never got to 180. For some reason in my mind, 180 means serious issues. Not just fat, obese. I’ve said to myself multiple times, “It got pretty bad, but it never got to 180.”
I really don’t know why there seems to be such a difference between the two numbers. In all honesty, I’ve probably been above 180 before, but I just didn’t weigh myself that week.
I don’t like to think about that though.
