30 Day Shred Challenge

Hey, hey, hey! (It’s Fat Albert!) Couldn’t resist. Exciting development in my world of exercise. I’m teaming up with two of my very favorite bloggers, Amber and Holly, for a July challenge. I’m a little late to the party blogging-wise (surprise, surprise), but I actually did start on time!

20130702-185054.jpgYesterday was Monday. Yesterday was also the first of the month. Can you say ultimate day for change? It was a great day to change anything, not just things concerning weight loss. Amber also pointed out that it was exactly 6 months from New Year’s Day! Hello, motivation! Imagine the changes possible in six months! Anyway, yesterday marked the first day of the 30 Day Shred Challenge. I talked about my first attempt here, but I’m actually going to finish it this time. Before pictures and measurements have been taken, and I have completed Days 1 and 2!

If you’re interested in joining, it’s not too late! Throw a couple of days with two workouts in the rotation, and you’ll catch up in no time. Everyone will be sharing their results on August 1, so stay tuned!
