Hey, hey, hey! (It’s Fat Albert!) Couldn’t resist. Exciting development in my world of exercise. I’m teaming up with two of my very favorite bloggers, Amber and Holly, for a July challenge. I’m a little late to the party blogging-wise (surprise, surprise), but I actually did start on time!
Yesterday was Monday. Yesterday was also the first of the month. Can you say ultimate day for change? It was a great day to change anything, not just things concerning weight loss. Amber also pointed out that it was exactly 6 months from New Year’s Day! Hello, motivation! Imagine the changes possible in six months! Anyway, yesterday marked the first day of the 30 Day Shred Challenge. I talked about my first attempt here, but I’m actually going to finish it this time. Before pictures and measurements have been taken, and I have completed Days 1 and 2!
