Linking up for the first time today with a non-scale victory!
As we all know, the scale can be a cruel, heartless bitch. You work your ass off every day, and you don’t lose anything. Or worse, you gain weight. A non-scale victory can provide that extra motivation that you need.
This week, my non-scale victory was pretty simple. I was putting on jeans after washing and drying them. Normally, I do the jiggle-wiggle to get into them or perhaps some squats to stretch them out. Sometimes both. Not this time though! Those bad boys slid right on. Victory!
