As you may have noticed, I have not discussed my actual weight in quite some time. This is because I gained back the few pounds I had lost and then some in exactly the way I talk about here. Luckily, I’ve snapped out of that and have lost about half of the weight I have gained this summer. The number still isn’t particularly good, but it’s better than it was. This is why I’ve decided to do weigh-ins again! I know you guys have just been on the edges of your seats, waiting for me to do another weigh-in. Also, it’s been exactly three months since my last weigh-in, which is an anniversary that I can’t ignore.
Previous weight (from three months ago): 176
Current weight: 179.2
Total loss: +3.2
I’m not doing any weigh-in pictures today because the results of 30 Day Shred will be posted next week, and I don’t want to ruin the surprise!
