Linking up for another edition of Non-Scale Victories today!
My non-scale victory this week is pretty simple, but it has to do with tracking my calories. Don’t worry, calorie counting will be an entire post later on.
For now, let’s just say that I often try to calorie count for a couple of days (via my Lose It! app), but I never keep up with it for longer than that. During the past week, however, I counted every day except for the weekend (which will be changing this weekend). It might not seem like a huge deal, but it’s a step for me. Hopefully, this non-scale victory will lead to some on-scale victories in the future.
