Is that not how it works? Well, it should.
I don’t know about you, but I love the weekend. On Friday nights, this is me.
Sadly, the weekend never seems to love me as much as I love it. You know what I’m talking about. The food. All of the food! I’ve talked about this before, and you can read about it here.
Something about the weekend makes me lose most of my self-control. You think I’m exaggerating? Many a Friday or Saturday night have been spent with a frozen pizza. All to myself. Yes, it’s delicious, but then I inevitably end up like this.
Not anymore though!
Starting tonight (what I consider the beginning of the weekend), I will be taking pictures of everything I eat for the entire weekend. A virtual food diary, if you will. I’ll then be sharing those pictures on my Monday posts. I know, I know. You guys might not find that very interesting, but it’s not about entertainment. If I want to be better, then I need to start taking control of every single day. This just might be the way for me to do it. We’ll see how it goes!
