I know it’s been quite some time since I’ve shared my weekend meals with you guys, so here you go!
Blueberry banana protein bars (recipe) and coffee with creamer and Truvia
For lunch, we celebrated Potter’s mom’s birthday, and that came with a ton of delicious food. Ham, potatoes, green bean casserole, a roll, and of course, chocolate cake.
For dinner, we had hibachi.
Both meals were so delicious, so I was too busy stuffing my face to take any pictures. Apologies.
That night, I made some egg-less cookie dough, but I didn’t eat all of what is shown in the picture.
Top left: Coffee (creamer + Truvia) and homemade mini pizza

Bottom right: Pumpkin muffin (recipe coming later!)
Overall, not the worst weekend that I’ve had.
