I’m almost back to the 160s!
If you’re wondering why there isn’t a progress picture for this weigh-in, it has
everything nothing to do with the fact that I didn’t want to wake up earlier to do it. Since you really can’t tell any differences from week to week, I’m trying to decide if I want a progress picture for every weigh-in or just every month or so. I’ve already decided to do measurements once a month.
What do you guys think? Progress pictures every time?
