Five on Friday: Funnies

Happy Friday and Happy Valentine’s Day! It’s just a fantastic day all around.

I’m back with the Five on Friday linkup today, but I’ve decided to do something a little different this time. I’m just going to be sharing five things that have made me laugh this week. Yes, it’s simple, but I hope it makes you laugh at least once.

Both types of laughter are acceptable.

Now onto the week’s funnies!

Hope you laughed!

Five on Friday 01/31/14

I’m so excited to link up for Five on Friday for the first time!

In case you missed it, it was announced last week that Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo signed new two-year deals for Grey’s Anatomy! Since Sandra Oh is leaving after this season, I wasn’t sure if either of them would stay. Thank goodness they are! The show comes back on February 27, and it can’t come soon enough!

2f1b868e09969d51030425b0ea5492b8Gotta love it.

I can’t stop listening to my ’90s Pop Pandora station. N*SYNC, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears..I love it all. Justin Timberlake is the bomb…dot com. Come on, I couldn’t help myself! I love him. Plus, he’s hilarious. It’s also his birthday today!

I really want to be one of those women who can pull off eyeshadow. The only kind that I wear is usually a nude color with a little sparkle, and that’s only when I feel the need to be fancy (which doesn’t happen often). If I ever try to experiment, I always feel like it ends up looking like this.

indexSide note: Don’t ever, EVER, search for “clown makeup” on Pinterest. It was TERRIFYING, and I’m not even afraid of clowns. I might be now though.

I have a major case of the puppies, and yes, it’s a condition. Or at least it should be. How can you ignore the cuteness?

I’m thinking that a drastic new haircut will be one of my weight loss rewards (which I’ll talk about later), and I think bangs are the way I want to go. Not just side bangs either. I want the dramatic, straight across kind. I’ve never had bangs, but it seems drastic enough while still allowing me to keep most of my length. I, of course, have no idea what face shape I have, which is something that seems important when doing hair research.

I even bought an app that is supposed to be scarily accurate with trying different hairstyles.

Perhaps just scary. I don’t think the next one is too bad though…if you squint your eyes.

I’ve been told that I resemble Jennifer Stone, the girl who plays Harper on Wizards of Waverly Place. I’m hoping that it’s not just because she has red hair.

Jennifer+Stone+Long+Hairstyles+Long+Curls+J5f8Mv6kkQRlI’m not sure I really like how they look on her, but I’m hoping they’ll look better on meIdeas? Should I just go for it? What would you do?
